Behavior:
More than one imaging servers, document cannot be opened in web client.
Solution:
It might happen that documents in web client cannot be displayed, when one of the installed imaging servers is not working. In this case check following:
- Make sure, that base address for each imaging server is correct (replace “localhost” with machine name or IP).
- The Temp path for web instance should be accessible for both imaging servers.
- You can assign more Imaging servers to one Web Instance.
