Behavior:
If you want to Connect to DocuWare Desktop and do not have DocuWare Desktop installed on your machine, a ClientSetup.exe file will be downloaded to install Client Applications.
This ClientSetup.exe file does not contain the encrypted URL to your Webclient and can therefore not be used to Install Client Applications.
Solution:
Please use the menu entry "Install Client Programs" in the Web Client.
