Why does the Workflow Manager module does not send emails?
Answer:
To enble the Workflow Engine Server to send emails the following requirements have to be fulfilled:
- Assign a SMTP connection to the Workflow Engine Server in the DocuWare Administration
- The SMTP connection has to use authentication (no anonymous authentication is possible)
