Behavior:
A document was scanned through Web Scan. When trying to upload the document, the following error message is shown: "The document could not be created because an error occurred during the processing of the highlighted page (s)."
Solution:
1. Run the DocuWare.CommonOCR.msi locally on the affected client.
2. Execute the following command line as admin: Lodctr / R
(repairing the performance counters - see http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2554336)
Now the document can be uploaded without any errors.
