Behavior:
A DocuWare Import job does not work anymore. No documents are stored in the file cabinet/basket. The documents are directly moved to the failed folder.
There is an error message like: "Failed to update the entries. For more information, see the inner exception."
Solution:
The C:\Program Files (x86)\DocuWare\Server\Web\JobServer\App_Data\JobsV1.sdf file has become too big.
Rename the file and restart the DocuWare Desktop Service. Now, DocuWare Import should work properly again.
