Issue:
Service Control not visible on the desktop
Solution:
If your Service Control is outside of the visible part of your desktop, try the following steps to bring it back to your desktop:
Connect remotely to the DocuWare Server and choose a very high resolution. Maybe you will be able to see the Service Control window and you can move it to the desired location.Open the Service Control so you can see its icon on your taskbar. Moving the cursor over the icon will show you a thumbnail window view. Now right-click on the thumbnail to open the context menu. Click on “Move” and you will be able to move the window using the direction keys of your keyboard. Then set your cursor back to the visible part of your desktop. The service control should move together with your pointer. Now you can set it back on your desktop.
