Behavior:
Web basket is not refreshing automatically, when e.g. importing documents via DocuWare import.
The reason for this error is a problem with the Microsoft Message Queueing (MSMQ), which is used for the internal communication.

How to reset the Microsoft Message Queue is described in this article: KBA-35787
After reseting the MSMQ you have also to delete the browser cache on the client machines.
