Behavior:
After creating a workflow in Workflow Designer, it passes the logic test but when storing a new document that should trigger the workflow a new task does not appear.
Reason: The file cabinet has not been set to be used with Notification and Workflow Engine.

Solution:
Go to "DocuWare Administration Tool \ Organization \ File Cabinet \ General \ Options \ Email Notification and Workflow Manager allowed" (check option to enable).

Newly stored documents will now trigger the workflow.
