When you go to your configuration page, you do not have the “Select List” option available. What causes this?

Answer:
Select lists are not available with a Business Server License.  To confirm what type of license you have please open the DocuWare Admin Tool > General > Licenses node. This will provide you with the type of DocuWare Server you are licensed for.
Please contact our reseller in your area if you would like to upgrade your DocuWare Server from Business to Professional.
