Why can't I search between file cabinets?
Answer:
The multiple file cabinets search feature is not available with a Business Server License. To confirm what type of license you own please follow these steps:
- Start DocuWare Administration and log in
- In section Organization expand "General"
- Expand "Licenses"
- This will provide you with the type of DocuWare Server you are licensed for
Please contact your DocuWare partner if you would like to upgrade your DocuWare Server from Business to Professional.
