Behavior:
When navigating to the DocuWare Web Client all users are being prompted to enter windows credentials as shown below. If the user hits the cancel button they can log into DocuWare as normal. This is an issue affecting all users within the Organization.

Solution:
Log onto the DocuWare Server

  • Open Internet Information Services Manager
    • Select Default Web Site
    • Select Authentication as shown below

    • If Basic Authentication is enabled, right click and disable it
