Re: moving workflow history to new cabinet
Craig,
Unfortunately there is no way to export workflow history, as it is linked to the cabinet on which it ran.

Insert data record to another cabinet when document stored
Callum,
The AIX will certainly be the easiest way to do it, with the "Add entries to the external cabinet" option selected. The only way I can think to do it in Workflow Designer would be to create a custom web service which ties into the SDK to create a data record in the second cabinet.

Re: Disable Profile Prompt
Keenan,
The tutorial can be disabled by unchecking the "Show this tutorial again" checkbox at the bottom-left of the dialog. If you'd like to have the ability to disable it completely as well as the ability to disable the "Complete your Profile" prompt, please submit a feature request at http://docuware.uservoice.com

Yes, this is possible using the OR search operator, as long as the field is a text field. The proper usage would be "term1" OR "term2". Unfortunately search operators are not applicable to numeric fields, however.
More info on search operators can be found here: http://help.docuware.com/en/#b57855t51009n75755

Casey,
Casey,
Due to limitations with authenticating Active Directory logins on a mobile platform, this is not currently a planned feature.

Re: Hiding new fields by default
Jelmar,
Unfortunately there is currently no way to change the dafault addition of new fields in all dialogs: you will need to manually remove them. If you'd like to see this as a configurable option, please submit a feature request at http://docuware.uservoice.com.

Re: multiple attachments
Yes, in my test 6.12 system you can select as many attachments as you'd like and store them.

My suggestion would be a Connect to Mail configuration that is set to grab attachments from emails that come in to that mailbox. Setup a connection to your email under the System > Mail Services configuration page, then add the specific email account under the Integrations > Connect to Mail configuration page: this is also where you configure the settings such as whether or not to store the attachment as well as any fixed index entries.

So, date format is controlled
So, date format is controlled by a particular user's web client's regional settings. I have not had the oppertunity to test this, but if you create a special user with the appropriate regional settings, and make that user the "service" user for a copy of your existing workflow (configurable in the start activity), I think that should generate the dates in the proper format.
This particular method will of course require a way to differentiate between customers in different regions to prevent multiple workflows being triggered by the same document.
Edit: This doesn't work as I thought it might, unfortunately; however, Phil's response below will certainly format it in the manner you are looking for.

Well, memo fields are the
Well, memo fields are the only field that will appear in a store dialog as a multiple-line entry box, but it does come with some drawbacks, such as not appearing in some instances as a field. Sounds like you're correct then that the best way would be to use a very wide standard text field.
