DocuWare unterstützt derzeit CMIS nicht und es gibt keine Informationen darüber, ob CMIS in zukünftigen Versionen unterstützt wird.

Es besteht die Möglichkeit, eine eigene Implementierung des CMIS-Standards für DocuWare auf Basis unserer Plattform .NET API zu entwickeln

It is true that users are not automatically deleted in DocuWare, when they are deleted in the Active Directory.
When the AD synch runs, then the user is only deactivated in DocuWare. If the user is deactivated, he then also no longer uses licences.
