aufgrund einer technischen Einschränkung sind Teile des Volltextkataloges und der -suche derzeit nicht vollständig verfügbar.
Wir entschuldigen uns für die anhaltenden Probleme und die vorangegangene fehlerhafte Kommunikation, die Sie erhalten haben. Wir möchten Ihnen eine Zwischenlösung mitteilen, die zu einer sofortigen Behebung der Volltextbeschränkung führen kann, und die Sie selbst durchführen können.
Wir haben von unserer Seite aus bereits mit einer automatisierten Neuindizierung begonnen. Je nach Größe des Archivs und der Anzahl der Dokumente kann dies einige Zeit in Anspruch nehmen und wird in mehreren Wellen gestartet. Den Stand der Neuindizierung können Sie selbst prüfen, indem Sie Punkt 6 des unten genannten Artikels durchführen.
Wenn für Ihr System noch keine Neuindizierung durchgeführt wurde, können Sie eine Neuindizierung starten, indem Sie diese Anweisungen befolgen:

Due to a technical limitation, parts of the full-text data and search are currently not fully available.
We apologize for the ongoing full-text search restrictions and past misleading communication you received. We want to provide you with an interim solution which can be implemented by yourself. I will result in an immediate fix to the full-text restriction.
We have already started the recreation (re-indexing) of the full-text catalog from our side. Depending on the size of the file cabinet and the number of documents, this may take some time and will be started in multiple waves. The status of the process can be checked by following point 6 of the article mentioned below.
If no re-indexing has been done for your system yet, you can start a re-indexing by following these instructions:
