With the arrival of the new Outlook, the way we send and save emails in Docuware has changed. When sending, you can now only choose the document Trays and no longer the cabinets. Is there a workaround for this, as saving the sent email documents is now a duplicate process for our customers?

I can't get the docuware app in the new outlook to work. Tried on windows, macos and in the browser (outlook online) with different accounts. Is there anyone who has this working and has tips.

I have a customer who changes the document name of the files to a new name , however the file name in the viewer remains the old (original name) if you then want to edit the file then in that case excel opens the file with the old original name. Is there any method to change the original file name to the document name?

If you have the months of the year in a list it will start with april and sometimes you don't want the numbering

Does anyone know a way to create a logical order in the fixed lists instead of an alphabetical order
