Problem:
The full text (Solr) data connection can be successfully established. The URL of full-text data connection can be opened also. However, it is still no archive ID shown.
But if you want then to activate the full text of an archive the following error message appears:
"Installing Solr has failed. Please either check the DocuWare Administration or the log file of the Content Server for a detailed description."
Solution:
In the data connection of the full-text server you specified as the location for the full-text index files a local path. But this local path refers to a storage system, such as a Netapp.
Define the path to the full-text index data on the Netapp in UNC notation. Thus, the successful access is ensured to the directory and the error no longer occurs.
