  3. On the "General Stamp Design" page, configure the stamp as desired.
  4. On the "Stamp Design Text Stamp" page, add the desired Unicode symbol into the text box, for example a check mark (✓, U+2713):

  5. Choose a desired font, style and size.
  6. Complete the remaining dialog pages as usual.

Starting with DocuWare 6.6, we also recommend setting the following options:

  • Store stamp: By user action
  • Keep stamp active: Yes

These options allow you to quickly place multiple symbols on a document.

In addition to checkmarks, you can use a huge variety of Unicode symbols, including the ones below:

Symbol Name Codepoint
CHECK MARK U+2713
HEAVY CHECK MARK U+2714
BALLOT BOX WITH CHECK U+2611
BALLOT X (cross) U+2717

BALLOT BOX (checkbox) U+2610
BALLOT BOX WITH X (square with cross) U+2612

LARGE CIRCLE U+25EF

Please note that this functionality is not supported by the DocuWare 5 Client!
