How to import Microsoft word font type in DocuWare

Hello,

How can Docuware take the font type from a word application.
We discovered that when a document was imported into the document tray the font type that was used in word was changed by Docuware. How can this be resolve so that Docuware picks or import document using the default font type of the application.

as a rule of thumb: If another font is displayed in the DocuWare Viewer, the font is not embedded to the document.
In order to enable the DocuWare Image workers to render the document with the correct font, the font needs to be installed on all DocuWare frontend machines.
Simply copy the font file (f.e. fontname.ttf) to the server and double click on it. The windows font viewer will open. In this font viewer you can install the font right away.
