I have an Employee separation form that needs to Trigger a Checklist of items that the HR Director needs to confirm they have performed each item on the checklist.  The checklist does not have to be done on the same day, it can be done a day or two later and different tasks can be done on different days.  Can't figure out how to trigger a workflow to assign the HR Director the Separation Checklist, or how they can fill it in as they have time.
