6.11 Hotfix pack40-1528312778

I will be applying this hotfix pack tonight but saw a folder in the hotfix pack called Web Modules. This folder isn't currently in the docuware installation path. Should I skip over it or add it to the file system?

You can skip over this, as well as any other folders for components that are not already installed.

We installed this pack and Import stops working. Desktop app keep asking to update ( framework ). We conot find SP 40 on the internet anymore. What's up

it is probably a prerequisite. Go to the server and go to the desktop apps prereq folder and copy the install files to that PC. then install manually under and admin login.

C:\Program Files (x86)\DocuWare\Web\ClientSetupData\Prerequisites

This location will have the dotNET and C# installs needed for desktop apps.
