Storagerobot.exe keeps crashing-1543223717

Dear Community,

I am not sure whether this is the right place to ask questions about storage robot.

From time to time the storage robot service crashes and it won't import any pdf files into DocuWare anymore. Only after restarting the storagerobot.exe manually the import configurations start working again. I checked the windows event log and I got the information that there is a problem with the module: C:\Windows\system32\MSVCR120_CLR0400.dll 

Furthermore I get this Information from .NET Runtime

Application: StorageRobot.exe
Framework Version: v4.0.30319
Description: The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception.
Exception Info: System.AccessViolationException
 

Do you have any idea what I can do to solve this problem?

As far as I know storagerobot is a third party application using DocuWare SDK

Have you made any kind of update (Windows, DocuWare). If yes you should ask the storagerobot vendor to check compatibility issues.

Hi Jochen,

update problem sounds possible.
Check your application pools in iis and the used .net version there.
maybe there was an update of .net, and now the version which is needed from storage robot is not longer in use?!
