I just did a search and I had to enter 0 in both the start and end range fields to get a result. Try using Is Between and enter 0.00 in both boxes.

Select lists are designed to only display and allow selection of a single column. Showing multiple columns and allowing selection of a specific column is not supported. However, We do support multi-column select lists where the entry of a value in one field, can be used to filter the values in another field.

The settings you refer to were published by VMWare to resolve network latency on a VMWare server. This was some years ago. We found, in practise that the same settings could be applied to a physical server generally with positive results. As I said this was some years ago now, but it web client latency is apparent and there is no apparent reason, then the settings can be applied to the server to see if they have a positive result.

The settings are not OS version specific. Note down what you change so they can be reversed if problems are introduced.

Ok. Good. A couple of things:

1. Apply the latest DW7 update: http://go.docuware.com/download-dw7

2. Run the DocuWare Message Bus Administrator and clear the bus, then tie the bus to the physical NIC IP Address instead of the default.
(DocuWare.MessageBusAdministration.exe in the DocuWare Power Tools folder.)

3. Cross fingers.

If all else fails, enter a Support Request as there may be a deeper problem. We may need to tweak some indexes in the database as the events may be getting held up there.

Casey,
I'm assuming Workflow Manager. Are the workflows triggered by storing a new document or by an Instant AutoIndex process?
Also, some history is needed. When did this behavior start, since it could not have been happening since day one. Any thing done on the system maintenance wise? Try and establish some event around the time this problem started.

That user is used by DocuWare to access the database. If you delete that user from your database then DocuWare will stop dead.

That dash icon normally indicates a foreign format document like a zip archive etc. While the document has a PDF extension it may simply be a scanned image in a PDF container. Meaning there is no text stream in the document - just an image blob. So the icon is not wrong, it is simply indicating that the document is not being seen as a standard PDF.

That was a function of the old DACS Viewer. Today, you can of course create a seperator page that contains any content you wish to seperate on, but you still need to create a configuration and instruct it on how to seperate. There is no "cookie cutter" page anymore.

Assuming you are referring to Workflow Manager, the answer is no. There is no way to import or export a workflow design at this time.
This includes the ability to copy a workflow and change the file cabinet.
