I don't think that there is any practical limit. DocuWare 7 has what is called long living processes that are there to handle jobs such as Instant AutoIndex. One of these is specifically allocated to Instant AIX, so I would think that the jobs will run synchronously.Phil Robson

Intelligent Indexing quota.
Casey,
The quota is reduced immediately a document arrives in an Intelligent indexing tray. Therefore, if the document is subsequently moved or copied to another Intelligent indexing tray, it is a new document and affects the quota.
There are 3 activities that do not affect the quota:1. Right clicking and selecting "Repeat Intelligent indexing".
2. Sending a user feedback to Intelligent indexing. (This happens automatically when a document is stored from an Intelligent indexing tray).
3. When step 2 occurs, the web client resends all similar documents which are still in the tray to Intelligent indexing so that they can benefit from the new feedback.These 3 activities are free. That is no affect on quota.

Import / Export Forms
Not possible. The problem is that a Form is tied to a File Cabinet with a specific GUID, and also fields with GUID's that importing becomes problematic. Yes it seems easy to you, but it is not by a long shot.

Workflow Error.
Re-installing Workflow server will not help. There is an Autoindex configuration in the system causing problems, or the list of Tasks has an invalid entry. I suggest that you enter a Support Request so that support can look in to the problem for you.

Notifications.
The trigger condition looks correct for a notification to be sent. Are you sure that notifications are working? You should look in the logging to see if notifications have any errors.

If this is DocuWare 7, and the AIX job is an instant AIX job, then the problem might just be timing. If you restore the document within a few seconds of deleting the original then the updates to the system in the backend may not have completed. This is the only thing I can think of to cause this. If the above is true, can you test this theory by waiting a bit longer before re-storing the document?Phil Robson
