New java licensing from Oracle-1539356478

We noticecd that Oracle has released new licensing requirments for Java starting in 2019.  Does this mean that we will need to purchase new Java licenses to be able to use the DocuWare Full Text server?

I think DocuWare will say that as long as you're on DW7, then you should be running 8u171 for fulltext.  Beyond this?  I don't know.

The plan is to ship Java 11 with 7.1 and then ultimately move to OpenJDK. A license is only required to obtain updates for 8 SE at this time.
