I would like to know if it is possible within DocuWare for a user to get a notification when a document has been clipped to an already stored document within the file cabinet. Or is there a way to go about it?

In our organization when a document is to be issued to a third party, we have to make sure it not encrypted so that the user can open the document. 
We discovered that it the document is encrypted, and we import into the document tray, it is not readable by Docuware. I want to believe there should be a way out because it is within our organization and I can send it to another user and he/she can open it. 
My question now is why in DocuWare that we purchase for our organization, the imported document is not readable in the document viewer.
I wait for how to resolve this.

How can Docuware take the font type from a word application.
We discovered that when a document was imported into the document tray the font type that was used in word was changed by Docuware. How can this be resolve so that Docuware picks or import document using the default font type of the application.

Two documents are stored in the file cabinet and I want to search for the two documents at the same time using an index field. E.g. Index field created is doc. no. and we have two doc no. 013 and 014. can I search for the two numbers at the same time using the doc. no.

Is there a way out for this.
