Cannot view or edit Import jobs created by another user-1528898843

Is it possible to view/edit import jobs created by another admin/user? If so how can that be accomplished.  Thanks you!

It is not possible to view or edit import jobs created by another Windows user. You must log in to Windows as the user who created the jobs on the same machine that they were created on.
