AutoIndex jobs - move file to backup directory

After upgrading to v7.3 it seems that AutoIndex jobs using a text file do not move do not move the file to the AIX Backup directory as configured previously.

Has anyone experienced this behavior or know if this is a bug in 7.3?

If not done yet, you should have a look at BPS logs (\programdata\docuware\logs) and search for any error with autoindex job
You might encountered the error I had with an Autoindex jobs triggered on filecabinet event, there was a bug in 7.3

My SR was SR-127917-Q3T5F

The fix was to install the last 7.3 version (it was July  8th) and to modify the DocuWare.BPS.Processes.settings in C:\Program Files\DocuWare\Background Process Service.
And set the  SelfTriggeredAmountLimit. to  0
Then restart BPS.

BUT, i cannot guarantee our problem is the same as mine. My problem was thaht the autoindexailed to start and I found "format name buffer memory delivered by API too small to adjust to format name" in the log

I would recommend you to submit a SR if your case is different
