Export to Text file

is there a way to export to a text file from the Cloud (or on Prem) based on a Status change or actually on a schedule based on status field? In other words in a work flow I have a task that checks the status field of "something" on a timed schedule and then produce a .txt file of index data in csv format one row per index entry. I have a third party app that i can import the accounting data if we have a properly formated text file.

No.  Use bcp or sqlcmd.  Pro tip, use PowerShell Invoke-Command to call bcp remotely (beware of storing creds in plaintext).

where is this docuware export tool?  the latest partnerinfo also mentions it:

But I'm not seeing it anywhere and I've just looked specifically at the desktop apps and it's not in the list of apps I can install.

DocuWare Support just told me this: unfortunately the new Data Export tool isnt available for download at the moment. It will be released in the near future for all Kinetic Systems but at this time we dont have an ETA. I apologize for the confusion.  In addition, the new Data Export tool will become available for All Non-Kinetics cloud systems in DW 7.4 which should be released within the next few months.
