I see where a user can mark that they are out of office in DocuWare, but I don't see how the workflow task can be redirected to another user. Where is it located to assign the task to another user automalicatly?
Christen,This is achieved by setting up Substitution lists and rules in DocuWare Administration.You create a substition list by adding users in the order that they should have workflow tasks redirected to them. When the first user in the list sets an out of office, then tasks are then directed to the next user in the list and so forth. Your workflow task allocations must reference a substitution list in order for this to become affective.
