How to match data inside keywords or table

Hi all,

Situation as below:
1st entry with:

Single Field A = 1234
Keywords Fields B = 0001 , 0002, 0003

2nd entry with:
Single Field A = ?
Single Field B: 0001

Question is, how do I search and assign value on Single Field A on 2nd entry from value on 1st entry using value that match 2nd entry Single Field B ?
