Where in the world do I do this at? This customer has Business and we need to create a new disk because it is out. Can't find anywhere in configuration settings or admin tool
only way to do this is to use the Fill square annotation and choose white as the color. Then just cover up the stamp. I think DocuWare made it this way because it can be used for electronic approvals. Just my guess though..
I understand what they are saying. When you first install desktop apps and try to choose "Connect Desktop Apps" It will pop up and ask you to install desktop apps like it isn't there. If you open IE, Chrome, FireFox and connect it successfully connects. Once you have connected Edge works mostly. Every once in a while you will get the same message when trying to send and email out of the web client or print. I have never gotten edge to successfully connect desktop apps. So, I don't see it as being fully compatible if you have to use another browser to connect the apps.
They have gotten rid of those entries. They aren't selections anymore.
The only way to do this is to create another dialog for the users that you don't want select list only for.
we have a client with docuware 6.9 on a 2008R2 server. can you run an upgrade to 6.12 on 2008R2?
i've had to clear browser cache before. if possible, i would also try resetting IIS.

That is correct. You can create a field and just not have it visible. Then just use the field in the external data retrieval within workflow
At what version of fortis do you have to be at to use and move to the docuware platform?
