Error MySQL Backup 8.0.28

I am having problems with MySQL Administrator 8.0.28 backups.
We have docuware version 7.8 with Internal Database V3.
The error is generated when we perform the backup in the docuware tables and the message is as follows:
"An error ocurred while executing the backup"

This error causes the database service to stop every time the backup is executed.
Do you know if there is any limitation or problem between these versions?
