Document processing; Indexing based on a word/phrase

Hi, 

I have a order with several packingslip numbers on the document (various every order). I would like to have every packingslipnumber after the word "Packingslip"
I'm using document processing to index the full document. There is also a QR on the header but that doesn't have the packingslipnumbers. 
All those numbers i want in a keyword field. 

Can I do this using Autoindex/workflow? 
OCR should have scanned the full document so the data is somewhere.
