DocuWare Sage Integrations-1534175461

Hi All,

DocuWare says it integrates with Sage:

I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with this. We have customers that use Sage Line 50 to 1000.

Has anyone integrated into these versions before? DocuWare says it can integrate with Sage, but is this via a third party or tool?

We are one of DocuWare partner, which have good knowledge and experiance for integration.

We integrated DocuWare with third party software, and want to implement SAGE in the future.

If you provide good information on SAGE, we can make test senario and help you.

First, Could you please provide how can I download this version of sage, because there are lots of versions in sage website. Please send link of source instaltion file.

I bet that https://start.docuware.com/finance-and-accounting 

is pure marketing stuff, i.e generic and depends upon the country and the way DW is integrated by whom.

For France I can tell you we did SAGE i7, X3 and 3000 (looks like it is specific for English market)

As written above, you need to know exactly what product line you are talking about.

Everything is called Sage something, but each line comes from various origin as Sage has bought a bunch of software houses.

Then you need to ask yourself what integration you want, sharing a data model ? adding some automatic export ? exchanging data using webservices ? Adding a tool so you can do real accounts and analytics splitting (not the tool from DW). We do all of that with inhouse developments using DW SDK.

        As document 's integrator, we have experienced Docuware with French version of Sage accounting base on sql server version (also with sage odbc driver) .

        Our thrid-party web based-module interfaces itself with Docuware through the REST platform for a part and for Sage side with databse requests for launching list of provider, customer, charges account.

        It runs over a windows service (means no need IIS) and we do line export for Sage incuded analytics..
