I have been working on this issue for several days now to no avail.
We are in the process of testing migration of a local virtual machine from VMware to Proxmox.

All has gone to plan with the exception that no clients can log into Docuware.
Using a browser on the server itself, you can login to Docuware Web Client just fine. On the client end,
you receive: You are being redirected to the application. Please Wait... which never completes.

None of the suggestions in the Docuware KB apply to this. The clocks are all fine.
The timezones are all fine.

In Edge browser developer console, when the page has stopped at the above message,
I am seeing error: exp is in the past:1742579327

I also note that when the server boots all services are green until a client machine tries to
log in, then the Background Process Service bumps offline.

In the error log there is a message about: Could not open a connection to SQL Server error 40 Named Pipe provider.

If I restart the Background Process Service, It will stay online for any subsequent queries although the remote logins still fail.

Again, the system works fine locally but will error out for any attempted remote connection. The connections are on the same LAN with no firewalls or other complexities that would interfere, Windows firewalls are disabled, Proxmox firewall is also not enabled. This is a test environment so I can try any suggestions. Thanks.

Hello Tony Graham, 

this is most likely a problem with the URL you are using.
Please make sure that the URL you use to access the WebClient is the same as the WebClientURL from the Administration and the LocalWebServices URL from the dwmachine.config file (in %ProgramData%).
You should use the same URL everywhere, no matter if you log in locally from the server or from a remote client.
