I am trying to change the properties of a store dialog field to add a Predifined value, but whenever I go to the screen for any field in the dialog, i just get the spinning wheel forever with the message "Please wait while settings are loaded".  I have checked the permissions to make sure that I have edit permissions.  Any advice?

Hi - I'm having the same issue. I'd like to change the properties of a dialog field, but I get the message "Please wait while settings are loaded" and it just keeps spinning until I cancel. I have Admin permission but this happens for all dialog fields, even ones that I created myself. We have dialog boxes where this has been done by other people and I'm pretty sure I was able to do this at one point myself. Is this a permission or configuration issue? Thanks, Barbara<br> &nbsp;

I was able to fix this with help from Docuware Support. I no longer get the spinner when I open the store dialog field screen
