We have users reporting slow processing of files through docuware printer and in order to troubleshoot any system problems, we were wondering where processing of docuware documents are done (locally or in our cloud instance) and if there is anything we can do to improve performance.

All documents have the first 25 and the last 25 pages of the document OCR'd locally for Cloud installations. This parameter cannot be changed for Cloud installations.
Are these large documents?

Thanks for the quick reply. This document is just two pages, but on one particular system it is taking 2+ minutes to process.

In my understanding DocuWare Printer is part of the DocuWare Desktop Apps.
Therefore the users machine which is printing provides the ressources for handling.
Check the task manager while printing. Would be nice to have your feedback about that.

Thank you for the replies. It looks like the users system had excel stuck in the background hogging up resources, after force closing it printing speeds returned to normal.
