While reading a QR code (Swiss Invoice) form import these characters (ü, ö, ä) are not recognize correclty and had to be adapted manually while storing the document. Is there any OCR configuration or any other solution that could resolve this issue? I tried to configure a custom OCR configuration but din't work. I found the KBA-35851 that is related to my problem but I don't understand where to encode the QR code as unicode UTF8 or encode the value as ISO-8859-1.

Workaround: If you click on the pencil in the desired field on the right of the indexing field in Document Processing, you can replace the incorrectly recognised characters with the desired ones using Replace characters.
