I have a customer who is using DocuWare Online for a simple file and find solution. But the "Tasks" buttons appears in all users pages (As in it says "Document Trays", "Searches", and "Tasks")

They have have no need for Tasks so I'm hoping to hide it and also hide the "Send Request" button. Any way I can do that?

I noticed other articles explaining Custom CSS would be necessary but that would not be worth it for me.

Sean,
All functions of DocuWare are provided in with DocuWare Online. Unfortunately the Tasks tab cannot be removed. You also cannot remove the send request button. Customizing CSS is only available for On-Premise systems.

Hi

Correct me if I am wrong but starting from 6.12 (Actual DW cloud version) one can configure if the "Send Request" function (among others) is available in the result list or not (in the menu and/or as a shortcut)

Attached some screenshots

Regards

Gilles

Cheers Gilles, I've just disabled that at a number of our cloud customers!

Another function it would of been lovely to have had documented.
