Behaviour:
After the generation of a DocuWare Request container it is not possible to dowload this directly over the generated link. But you can generally access the request container manually in the storage location.
Reason:
The web service users do not have enough rights to access the storage location.
Solution:
Assign at least read rights for following users in the storage location path for DocuWare Request:
- IUSR
- IIS_IUSRS
