Behavior:
When changing the organization name (using a new license with a new name) during the setup, the setup fails to get the administrator's email address.


 
Solution:
During the setup, the license can be changed, but when prompted to log on to DocuWare, the setup needs the old/previous organization name. This is because the license gets imported during the next step.



Be aware that the organization name is case-sensitive in all databases, even if the database itself is not case-sensitive.
If unsure about the old name, go to the database and get the organization name from the dworganization table.


SELECT * FROM DWSYSTEM.DWOrganization / DWSYSTEM.dbo.DWOrganization

If any other issue occurs in this screen, please open a Support Request and send the complete Setup Logs from %ProgramData%/DocuWare/SetupLogs/.
