Behavior:
When changing the organization name (using a new licence with a new name) during the setup, the setup fails to get the administrator email address.
When changing the organization name (using a new licence with a new name) during the setup, the setup fails to get the administrator email address.
Solution:
During the setup the licence can be changed, but when prompted to log on to DocuWare, the setup needs the old/previous organization name.
This is because the licence gets imported during the next step.
Be aware that the organization name is case sensitive in all databases, even if the database itself is not case sensitive.
If unsure about the old name, go to the database and get the organization name from the dworganization table.
SELECT * FROM DWSYSTEM.DWOrganization / DWSYSTEM.dbo.DWOrganization
If any other issue occurs in this screen, please open a Support Request and send in the complete Setup Logs from %ProgramData%/DocuWare/SetupLogs/.
