How can I add a new Vendor/Subsidiary for the Invoice Processing Preconfigured Solution? 

Answer: 
To add a new Vendor/Subsidiary, please refer to the following guide;

Step 1: Fill out the IP – New Vendor Record 

  • Using an Administrative account, go to the Forms tab, then open "IP- New Vendor Record".


     
  • Once loaded, fill out the form with all information for the new Vendor, then click on Submit.

 
Step 2: Complete the IP – New Vendor Onboarding workflow task 

  • Once the form is completed, a workflow instance will trigger. Complete the Vendor Record, then click on Confirm. 


NOTE: When this workflow instance is triggered, it will be assigned to everyone who is part of the "IP - Invoice Validator" role.

Once completed, the new Vendor will have been successfully stored in the IP - Company Records file cabinet.
