The monitored folder is on a network path
A domain admin account will need to run the DocuWare Desktop Service, which has full access rights to the network path of the monitored folder.
Using "Local System", which is used by default, will not provide the necessary access rights.
The monitored folder is a local path
Using "Local System" for the DocuWare Desktop Service should work without issue as long as the monitored folder is a local path on the same machine.
