ERROR: "Cannot find section data in database" when attempting to access TIFF/DWTIFF files.

Scenario:
When attempting to open an old TIFF or DWTIFF document, the following error is shown;

"Cannot find section in database."

Solution:
This error is a result of a database mismatch where the document sections have not moved from the original _V5S tables (pre-version 7) to the current section table (_SEC). To align the data, you need to edit an index field on the document, which will allow the document to become accessible again. In order to resolve this for an entire File Cabinet, you can either:

• Create a new field in the File Cabinet, then create an Autoindex job that writes data to the new field.
