Scenario:
Documents have been deleted from our DocuWare Cloud system; however, the storage quota remains the same, and we receive the following error when attempting to store in DocuWare;



Solution:
Introduced in DocuWare version 7.8, the Recycle Bin was implemented in DocuWare to give users the ability to recover recently deleted documents. This behavior could have occurred because the recently deleted documents are still present in the Recycle Bin's temporary storage location. Please refer to KBA-37164 for more information on the Recycle Bin and how to fully remove documents from your DocuWare system.
