A user has submitted a form that reflects the date in a different regional format from the view of my DocuWare system.
This can occur in two different scenarios:
User's DocuWare settings differ from System settings
If this form is not public, then this occurs because a DocuWare user has the Date/Number format in their account set to something different from yours. When this user enters a date on the form and submits it, the date on the form will be shown in the Date/Number format set in Profile & Settings under the General tab in that user's account. To prevent the user from doing this again, the user will need to change the Date/Number format in their account.
Form Submitter's Browser settings differ from System settings
If this form is public, then this occurs because the user who filled out the form has their browser language set to something different from your own. When a user enters a date on the form and submits it, the date on the form will be shown in a format that matches the user's browser language settings.
