Unfortunately, your configured Mail Service is currently experiencing issues and appears not to be working properly.
We have encountered the following issue:
An error occurred while attempting to establish an SSL or TLS connection.
Suggested actions:
Based on our experience in handling similar cases, we would recommend you to verify the security settings of your SMTP server related to the 'Encryption' or the 'Port' are configured properly. To confirm that your SMTP settings are working properly, you can use the "Send test mail" functionality.

These emails can occur when using SSL or TLS for encryption. To address this behavior, please ensure the system utilizes the following settings;
SMTP address: smtp.gmail.com
Encryption: STARTTLS
Port: 587
