Behavior:
Since DocuWare 7.9 and above, the counter showing the number of tasks no longer appears when opening the Monitored Tasks.
Solution:
By product design, the counter will no longer appear when the Monitored Tasks menu is opened. The counter will only appear under the My Tasks menu.
