Behavior:
When attempting to use any DocuWare Desktop Apps, the following error message is shown; 

"DocuWare Desktop is not installed or running."

Solution:
This behavior can occur when the affected user is missing permissions to a needed directory on the machine. To resolve this issue, give the affected user account rights to the following directory;

%programdata%\DocuWare\Desktop\Secure

Once completed, you will be able to proceed in using the DocuWare Desktop Apps without error.
